Costumes

Costumes can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, for a different size or for store credit.

From October 10th, costumes are only exchangeable for a different size.

From October 24th onwards, all costume sales are final.

If a costume has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange or a refund.

Party supplies

All unopened party items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
